I read an interesting stat yesterday:

  • More than half of all adults (54 percent) believe that if a person is generally good, or does enough good deeds, he will earn a place in heaven. Yet, 55 percent of all adults believe they have a personal responsibility to tell other people their religious beliefs. Source: Barna Group

How is it possible that these numbers overlap? Even with a margin of error, it doesn’t jive. (more…)
